Meghamalai
Meghamalai is located on the slopes of the Western Ghats about 130 km away from Madurai at an altitude of 1500 m above sea level. It lies amidst the lush green tea plantations and Cardamom estates. Meghamalai is also called “High Wavy Mountains”. Meghamalai Tourism attraction includes scrub forests, tea plantation, coffee estates, spice plantations of pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and dense evergreen forests.

Meghamalai Weather during summer is extremely hot with temperature soaring around 26oC to 40oC. However, Meghamalai Weather during winters is pleasant which spread from December to February. The temperature during winters varies between 18oC and 29oC. Meghamalai Weather during monsoon is quite soothing after hot summers.
